You decide — or we refer you
Qualifying roofs can be scheduled. Roofs that don't qualify get a referral to a trusted local roofing professional for repair or replacement.

What we look for on your roof
- Shingle age and condition — are the shingles intact, adhered and lying flat?
- Flexibility and brittleness — do shingles still flex, or do they crack?
- Granule loss — is the mineral surface worn, and is the mat exposed anywhere?
- Missing or damaged shingles — isolated and repairable, or widespread?
- Leaks and water intrusion — any active leak rules rejuvenation out until it's resolved.
- Structural condition — sagging planes or soft decking point to replacement.
- Flashing, valleys and penetrations — the places most Maine leaks actually begin.
If your roof doesn't qualify
Some roofs are simply too damaged, deteriorated or structurally compromised for rejuvenation. If yours is one of them, we'll tell you directly and explain why. You won't be left to figure out the next step alone — we can connect you with trusted local roofing professionals who handle repair and full replacement.

Does the assessment cost anything?
No. The roof assessment is free and there is no obligation to move forward with anything afterward.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. We can often complete the exterior assessment without you present, then review the findings with you by phone or email. If attic access is helpful, we'll arrange a time that works.
Will you pressure me into treatment?
No. A meaningful share of the roofs we look at don't qualify, and we say so. Our model depends on being right about which roofs are suitable, not on treating every roof we visit.
How quickly will I hear back?
We aim to respond to every qualification request within one business day and schedule the on-site assessment shortly after, weather permitting.
