Why it costs less than replacement
A replacement includes tear-off and disposal, decking inspection and repair, underlayment, ice-and-water shield, new flashing, new shingles, dumpster fees and multiple days of labour. Rejuvenation keeps your existing shingles in place: no tear-off, no disposal, no material replacement, usually a single visit.
Those structural differences are why the gap is substantial rather than marginal on a qualifying roof.
The comparison that matters
